(9 Photos) This morning I was greeted with warm temperatures and full sun. Armed with only my 105mm Macro lens, I wandered around my favorite open field here in the hopes to capture the abundant daisies I noticed were in full bloom just a few weeks prior. While the daisies were on there way out, I could see there were many more flowers on the verge of blooming soon. I love the predictable cycle of Oregon blooms. First Camas and lavender, then the pink and purple grasses, daisies and dandelions and soon many more. I gathered a handful of vibrant tie dyed looking leaves that had fallen, most likely from infestation or disease. But they will make for some beautiful resin pendants!
